Giving Magic Travel works with independent travel advisors known as Magic Planners.

All Magic Planners operate as independent contractors.
All Magic Planners are background checked through Checkr.com prior to onboarding.
Magic Planners are trained to uphold the standards, processes, and service expectations of Giving Magic Travel.

5. Errors & Omissions Insurance

Giving Magic Travel maintains Errors & Omissions (E&O) Insurance coverage.

This insurance is designed to provide protection in the event of unintentional errors or omissions in the professional services we provide.

6. Role as Travel Advisor

Giving Magic Travel acts solely as an intermediary between clients and travel suppliers, including but not limited to:

Airlines
Cruise lines
Hotels and resorts
Tour operators
Transportation providers

We do not own, operate, or control these third-party suppliers.

7. Supplier Terms & Conditions

All travel bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the individual suppliers

By booking travel through Giving Magic Travel, you agree to:

Review and accept all supplier terms
Comply with payment schedules, cancellation policies, and refund terms
Understand that supplier policies may vary

8. Payments & Pricing

Prices are subject to change until confirmed with a deposit.
Promotions and offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
Final payment deadlines are set by the supplier and must be met to avoid cancellation.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies are determined by the travel supplier.

Giving Magic Travel is not responsible for:

Supplier-imposed penalties
Non-refundable deposits
Changes in pricing due to cancellations or modifications

Travel protection is strongly recommended to protect your investment.

10. Travel Protection

We highly recommend the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance.

Travel Protection may provide coverage for:

Trip cancellations or interruptions
Medical emergencies
Travel delays
Lost or delayed baggage

Failure to purchase travel protection constitutes acceptance of the risks associated with travel.

11. Travel Documentation & Requirements

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have:

Valid passports (with appropriate expiration dates)
Required visas
Vaccination and Health Documentation (if applicable)

Giving Magic Travel is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.
